ScratchJr is a collaboration between the DevTech Research Group at Tufts University, the Lifelong Kindergarten Group at the MIT Media Lab, and the Playful Invention Company.

Curricula

1. Module 1 – Making a ScratchJr Collage
   1. Lesson 1 – Instructions, Sequencing, and an Introduction to the ScratchJr iPad App

      2. Getting Started with ScatchJr (2,5 min)
      3. Using ScratchJr Blocks (10 min)
      4. ScratchJr Exploration (10 min)

   2. Lesson 2 – Same Block Sequencing and Motion
      1. Game/Activity –
         1. Drive: Can I make my Car Drive Across the City
      2. Review – 5 min
      3. Programmer Says – 5 Min (Kindergarten)
      4. Guess the Program – 5 min (1st and 2nd Grade)
      5. Motion:
         1. Program the Teacher – 15 Min (all Grades)
         2. Introduction to New ScatchJr Blocks – 10 Minutes
